Welcome to the official website for Out of the Saddle - Brothers Russell and Dean Downing raising money for good causes with support from Bike Pure.
We want to show what cyclists can do off of the
bike by raising funds for good causes and also with our association with Bike Pure show everyone what we believe in. So anyone out there who wants to join us, please get in touch via the contact us page.
In 2011, we have raised nearly £13,000, which is split across the charities we support. These charities are the Danny Porter Foundation, CRY UK and MSA Trust.
The cycling club now has 25 members and most members are actively involved in raising money and promoting the club ethos. With brothers Dean and Russell Downing acting as popular role models in the local area, the club has decided to focus its attention on helping the talent of the future realise their enjoyment for cycling.
